Typically, the buy-sell agreement should be handled by a family lawyer in real life, but as far as it goes for the Family Lawyer software, I don't think it supports this feature. I've searched through its options and files and I didn't find anything available for your inquiry. Probably, the feature that you need is not in the application and the release date can be a cause to this lack of features, because Family Lawyer is a very old application that is now sold through Amazon only.
I recommend contacting your local lawyer firms to ask them about the program they're using for this operation. You will have more luck this way.
You can get the product from its official website and as I can see, Windows 7 is supported by this software. You can either download it or order a CD which will also include shipping costs.
Family Lawyer is an old application that is not compatible with Windows 8.1 operating systems. It can be purchased only from Amazon, eBay or other similar websites because, from what it seems, the program has been discontinued by its developer. However, a solution to run it on your computer can be the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.
Hi, is there a Family Lawyer version for Windows 8.1 or anything like it? If not, why not? Thank you.

There isn't a Family Lawyer version available for Windows 8.1. This one has been discontinued but Broderbund offers some legal solutions as alternative. You can check them on the link below.
This is the only thing I have found regarding the alternative to Family Lawyer since the official app doesn't exist.
Family Lawyer seems to be about the same, but has more programs on it than I really need. I prefer "It's Legal" on Parsons Technology. Any changes in the software?

Family Lawyer is an old application. When it was released, it has support for the following documents:
-401K Rollover Request -Copyright Application -Divorce Worksheet -Credit Report Request -ID Theft Affidavit -License Agreement -Loan Agreement -Living Will -Organ Donation Form -Premarital Agreement -Promissory Note -Power of Attorney -Sublease Agreement -Small Claims Worksheet -Work for Hire Agreement
I have checked the page where it was sold, but the product doesn't appear anymore which means it's probably discontinued. If you are happy with the It's Legal, then you should stay with that version and continue to use it.
I purchased Family Lawyer a long time ago and of course I used it often. I have a new laptop and it will not let me install Family Lawyer to put the files in. What can I do?

This means the new operating system doesn't have support for the Family Lawyer software since it's old and incompatible. However, you can transfer the Family Lawyer application to the new laptop with a USB stick and run it directly installed while applying the compatibility tweaks. Right click the setup file and select Properties > Compatibility > Windows XP.
I have family lawyer on Windows XP, but can no longer open the files to update/change my will and trust. If I download the latest version, will it work on both Windows XP and Windows 7 or 10?

The latest version of Quicken is available for opening on Windows 10, but you will have to use an intermediate version to migrate the data so that you can open it in the latest version.
The product is not available anymore from the official website, but you have the possibility to obtain it through Amazon. Use the Amazon website and search for this program. The product was available at Broderbund for a while, and removed since new products have been made available on the market.
I have Family Lawyer 2010. Looking for a POA program that covers changes to the wording for POA in Pennsylvania that took effect the beginning of 2015

Luckily, Quicken published a support page where you can see how to do that. Use the following link to obtain additional information: http://www.quicken.com/support/how-and-when-use-intermediate-version-convert-older-versions-quicken
